Wild guess: Chelsea will win. I'm saying that 90% because I'm a Chelsea fan and 10% because I think it's the most likely scenario! In all honesty, this title is Manchester City's to lose. But it can't hurt to hope. Let's just say that IF Chelsea are to win, this is the most likely (only) way that it could happen...
